Are you sure this link applies to established mines or just for new ones? I read it as new.
With regard to mining at Nagambie, in one sense NAG is at the rehabilitation stage, not the set up to mine stage. The company wants to fill the pits. Don't you agree. I would assume the heap leaching is just further "mining" at the gold mine even though the process is different from traditional types of digging.
Of course it's a speccy. 8.6c tells me that.
What level of debt does the company have?
Is the company building (have they built) infrastructure?
Does the company have different income streams planned?
Are the directors parachuting out of the company with huge sell orders?
What %age of total shares are being traded each day?

I'm staying with them.
