I doubt whether an EGM even if held would give you much satisfaction, besides who could beleive a word they said from this point onwards? Perhaps a class action for misleading and deceptive conduct is required, not to mention breaching the asx continous disclosure obligations. Hard not to think they didn't know that things would be delayed when the chinese dropped their stock.
