Can anyone here explain how a picture can change so rapidly? On aug 9th the global roadshow slides touted an unencumbered cash balance to cmr after completion of oxides of 60 million dollars, surely they must have known at the time that this was unlikely to be the case?! Could they possibly have come to the realisation that the project would be over budget by 20-30% in just 20 odd days??? Surely such a study would have taken longer than 20 days and would have been in tgrain prior to the 9th august, at least the selling and the short position build suggest so?
