I have no doubt there currently are cost savings to be had now, not sure that cost saving will be as generous in the future as the state and federal governments have to replace the taxes they are currently losing. This current government is spending borrowed billions like a drunken sailor and at some time in the non too distant future someone will have to pay for it and we know who that will be.
