Anyone who thinks that they can quickly charge at home using a Level I charger that just plugs into a standard power point has a very minimal understanding of the power required by an EV. The author of that article should go back to testing ICE vehicles because he has such a low knowledge of EVs that a 10yr old would laugh at him.
