    $13000 per well per year is a great gift to a struggling farmer or pensioner
    These figures need to be thrown around Casino so the property owners are more informed about what's in it for them. Im sure if you surveyed the property owners and asked would you accept these dollars heaps would sign up for as many as they could get on their blocks
