Thanks for the article imho just wish it was more factual.
It is correct that most rare earth Co.will disappear without trace,It is not true that mines can quickly ramp up,just look at the time lines on recent ones of interest and it is obvious that years pass. The reality is that China is and has stated that they are withdrawing supplies ,they need to supply their own needs, the article ignores the fact and the rest is speculation.
There is only one new mine on stream in the close future and that is the afore said,when politicians start to talk about trading Virtual Water it gives a license to the lazy to be less than accurate.
