I agree Nursery. I hear that rare earths are quite important for defence industries in the manufacturing of a range of products. Chinas dominance in the RE market and recent quota tightening may have caused some concern for the defence industries and illustrated a clear need to establish reliable RE supply and stockpiles.I doubt U.S defence industries and their clients would want to be subject to the ebb and flow of chinese controlled RE supply!
