Good to have a contrary/sober alternative view. However, even this article could be read to indicate that Lynas is in a sweet spot, with production coming on board next year well before anyone else, and there is a current short term supply shortage till 2012 at the very earliest.
Corolery - watch out for investment in spec rare earth projects just starting.
