Also on news yesterday was Malcom Turnbull saying that it was well & truly time to shine the light into this gas sector and introduce a bit of transparency (in the national interest) to all the associated wheels & deals.
The gas sector is renown for its secrecy and the so called "Commercial in Confidence" deals that the likes of small shareholders literally have no idea about....ie. often they don't even know they are being screwed.
The level of angst specifically amongst CTP shareholders is, I guess, a bit higher than normal in this sector because of all this inherent sector secrecy and the low ball acceptance of the MacBank offer and the SOA... etc ..Directors behaviour .etc etc etc which made it effectively a hostile T/O by Board & MacBank....And so the loss of that important quality in TRUST.
Cottee & the BOD should come clean with shareholders...introduce the transparency & reporting demanded by shareholder to regain shareholder trust ...or step aside.
