You are too late to put up an alternate BOD at the next AGM.
Unless you (and those signing the request to add resolutions) are prepared to pay the costs of all publications of material in support of the resolutions.
The BOD has the option NOT to ask that the requisitioning parties pay the associated costs, Do you REALLY think this BOD will do that ?
Yeah right !!
The Act requires 2 months notice to be given , so if the AGM is held in early November ( or even last week of NOV, you are too late.
