They gave suggested targets of $1, $1.50, $2. I don't think they signed binding legal contracts that they would achieve those prices. Learn the difference between giving guidance or setting targets and legal deals. AND their bonuses were tied into achieving these targets. Seeing they haven't hit the targets, then they haven't received the bonuses.

For someone who has a stated small holding in AZZ I don't know why you keep holding them. Gee if I was as peeved off as you I would have sold ages ago. Hey, I have held these for about 8 yrs and I will say, if they get to 80cAust I'm out for good.
