I'm a long term holder of INL and have quite a few shares that I purchased at a much higher price than the current SP (unfotunately for me). However, I won't be participating in the SPP as I don't think company is doing any big things at the moment.. just doing enough to survive in my opinion for now. The big news WAS the possible purchase of the Delta plant. Now that hasn't come through. The new contracts for waste water treatment won't do enough to bring the SP up.. just hold it steady.
That's my take anyway but I'm open to hearing other people's opinion on this.
