Raise capital in some form, then try to get another suitor that was interested before Amgen was picked?

Otherwise raise enough capital to get into production which may be difficult at sub $0.10 or thereabouts.

Think it is extremely unlikely that a deal won't proceed.

Unilife are trying to get the best deal for themselves but Amgen know their back is against the wall so are tightening the screws IMO.

We will come out on top as we have people on board who have done this before.

The only thing is how good the deal will be as we aren't negotiating from a position of strength with our SP and cash balance/burn.
