I was told by Vicky Allinson that the reply may "take a bit" as Board's approval was needed for Fred's response.
But surprise, surprise, the Board went into overdrive today and since 10:36am receipt of my 2nd part of wind-up petition to 15:55 pm, the Reply;
the speed of ARL efficiency took my breath away.
This efficiency should be applauded as we are now so much clearer about our ARL “investment” being in the past and continuing to be a mirage.
Part of gratitude must go to Dgenny, of course.
I don’t think I will be the first cab off the rank to kiss the remnants of Dgenny’s ARL creation a definite goodbye.
So the $10 mil Bentley’s settlement is now officially out of our calculations, or rather wafting around disguised
as a puff of smoke.
Nice one ARL.
Thank you all for assisting me in stirring the pot, or should I say the fleet of hornets in BMWs
