I think these results may have a material effect on the sp. I can see why it may be a breach of the ASX rules not to release this data. Still to an extent it has already been released.

Its a step closer to a working drug so all things being equal should be reflected in the sp. The IP will have more chance of success and should be added to the cash value.

Phase I trials are test for toxicity on healthy people. Cancer trials skip that step.

They are Phase I/IIa.

From what I have read. They will get the maximum safe dose as previously disclosed by GK. There is no standard of care for these people to compare it to, which is why orphan drug, and this is why if it starts to work they will continue. There is the ethics committee but if they look at is it and say hey if we combine the drugs we Ms Smith could live another year there is no law preventing this. What use is any of this if it doesn't prolong life?
