We all know what happens when America decides to increase IR's.... give it 3 years and we will be up 4% imo. Weighing up the importance of investing your money into RE v's other methods will make or break many.... if you started 25 years ago... great work
I personally believe its important to have your own home... but investing in property will not be the smartest decision for many based on the required deposit, increased interest rates and other factors of the Oz Market.
Take the deposit on your second home and create wealth through investing in the right places.....
All those people tied up in stocks such as XPE, SYT, JKA and so on could be worth a small fortune in 10 years!! I would certainly park my money up in various stocks/industries and reap the rewards later in life!
