This is the largest volume since 9 Jan 2017 1 year ago when TRY went from 16c to 9c in 2 days in a massive dump.
This time there is no move in the price at all and its at the daily lows of that same high volume dump a year ago.
something is up, looks like a planned move between 2 holders for an on market transfer at 9.9c of 6M shares
shows that no CR is near at all.
That buyer if they thought a CR was near would have waited.

On TA this also signals a bottom with this 12 month high volume buyup with no effect on the SP,
record high annual volume tends to happen at the annual lows and highs and we are clearly at a flatline multiyear low for some time now. This signal may be seen as the bottom point before the ramp as this buyer clearly sees value in TRY but the seller has had enough for some personal reason.

Good sign for the impending rerate on great Dec Quarter news.
