Frist of all this is a forum. Everyone is free to express their opinion including the negative ones. If you are look for only positive comments then you can start your own forum where only the positive comments are accepted.
Secondly if you are not happy with SP and don't want to whine, complaint or cry its upto you. With me if I m unhappy with the performance of a company where I had invested my money, I have a right to Whine, compalint and cry.
Also everyone knows that the company is undervalued (and I m listening this for last couple of years now). So what has the board done to bring value to the company or lift SP. NOTHING... except bringing in shandong deal to save their A$* and screw up the current shareholders.....
I wish chinese government don't give shandong the approval they need to invest $225 million in FML....
