I suspect the debate between Lynas and AELB has now got to the point where LYC have invited AELB down to the factory and shown them how it all works - perhaps by throwing a shovel of dust into the filter and they got nothing out the other side.
But air filters don't sound like water misting to me - one of the two final conditions. Perhaps they haven't got around to this bit yet.
Not sure if this incompetence, huge argument and no one giving ground, or it is all just too hard.
