in my opinion of course and humble it be too.
But now that we have the religious reasons out of the way for the TOL delay I am now coming around to incompetence at AELB and intransigence at LYC.
Or NC or someone has totally got up the nose of someone in government and they have said not for 6 months.
There can be no logical reason for the delay in the release of the TOL - straight engineering assessments and agreements just do not take this long.
