Well put timmo and if we'd been investing along macro lines we would have been out when REO prices turned down strongly not when the LAMP was delayed.

With every other RE stock pretty much sitting on 2 year lows how much is the current LYC SP due to lack of a TOL and how much to RE prices?

Prices have stabilised and should be better balances to market in future and a TOL will be issued. I haven't made a bad investment decision, just my timing needs work, lol.
