Yes, I've convinced myself that on balance there is no reason for panic, and that the current trading pattern is really a cynical manipulation by those trying to scare LT holders into dumping their shares cheaply. You might get some reassurance by looking back at the teleconference chaired by the Lynas CEO and Chairman recently,if you haven't seen it already. All the evidence suggests a greater likelihood of the TOL being issued soon, rather than the completely illogical alternative - that would inevitably lead to great international opprobrium for Malaysia's professed intention to lead the Region in terms of industrial progress. And note my earlier post of an Australian article pointing out that Malaysia's IPOs rank third in the world behind the US and China so far this year.
