Have to agree with the sentiment here. Basically COVID appears to me to just be a a bad flu with a higher infection rate and slightly elevated risk of death. The risk of death climbs rapidly if there are other health issues, just as it does with flu.

What did we (meaning the authorities?) do? Absolute panic, lockdowns etc. For what? yes saved deaths from COVID, but there would have been almost as many deaths anyway from flu etc.

The economy was trashed, typical of ALL politicians. Debt, well what debt, not their problem. Maybe we need a Jubilee and wave all the debts.
