Just reread you post here. Yes, i totally agree that in Australia people cannot fathom that a person passes on. Its a sheltered place. Even if they are 90 years of age.
And i agree with you. The medicine or cure for the disease is sometimes worse than the disease itself.
I personally would not be selfish enough to hang on and ' demand' a few extra months or even years of life at 90. And put the rest of the population through what they had to endure over the last 20 months in Australia.
Its crazy stuff. People and our leaders should have take a step back and made tougher decisions.
Not draconian ones that put the young and middle aged through hell.
