    conditions Recieved Annual Rport Thursday, looks great THOUGH they are talking HUGE dollars to the instigator Consort, and STILL have 4 conditions to meet. Worried a little by clause 1. $US1.5m advance, rest on Puntland Govt approval of relationship.....well if that aint done yet behind the scenes then Directors need a bullet!
