Hope the reliance on EV's to charge will not encounter issues such as the following - perhaps recent enough for viewing:
Funny to watch but hate to be nearby. Not sure how many of these events there are but it appears these type of failures are unavoidable - after all, these windmills harness energy from air (whether that be hot or cold). Everything in moderation comes to mind - this windmill obviously had been winded. Is the cost of cleaning up and replacement part of the efficiency equation??
But wait, there's more - how about maintenance:
Nice views. Perhaps some promoters here can apply for a maintenance job - there's sure to be vacancies. May be expected to do repairs in inclement weather - just to make sure the average downtime is as low as possible. Wonder whether any EV's were used to access the farm.
