Its worth pointing out Acorn argues hard that refurbishment of coal and nuclear plants is a huge negative and even too difficult a task.
Yet wind gen farms being refurbished is a most wonderful thing.
Interesting terminology too which I think is a bit of an attempt to sound a special shade of green.
Repowering = reconstruction?
Partial repowering = refurbish - upgrade?
