Good point Macro.

In relation to earnings, I hope the analysts have revised their forecasts lower before reporting season. Otherwise all the negativity is no doubt going to push FML lower.

I also think with the fear of a double dip, all eyes are on US recovery/debt and Greek debt. This could be the source of more short term pain if news that the problems are getting worse continues (though if either US or EU decides more money printing is the way to go, we may see FML dragged higher by the gold prices). At the moment, that is not happening.

The bigger question mark though, is whether FML is able to turn CRE around. If FML is not able to, then we may see the price drop further. Although numerous posters have said that they believe in FML management (I like to as well), this is nevertheless a waiting game and almost seems like a 50/50 coin toss.

Not trying to downramp, but I think these are major risks facing FML and will ultimately determine where we go from here.
