(The weekend ‘sample’ of choc-coated rose Turkish delight that had me at first bite, turned out to be Greek as in Trojan Horse rather than delightfully Turkish) .
So …Shark Bay Goldband Snapper cooked in buttery pan scrapings, a la cucumber, tomato and prawn rice paper roll donated by son, who neglected to return themos flask yet again.
Doused in fresh lime juice.
