It beats me why the ASX issues "please explain" tickets to stocks when they regard sudden increase in SPs as suspicious,
yet appear to bury their head in the sand to bots trading.
Except for the instos that trade in this manipulative method, I would wager that a survey of investors would tag it as unfair and should be made illegal.
Wonder what the ACCC point of view is, as it states in their website that price fixing is illegal.
Surely this is a form of share price fixing?
