    sorry missed a few words in my post... the key message is

    "If the dividend represents 25% or more of the value of the subject security, the "ex-dividend date" is generally the first business day following the payable date."

    That is the price drop will be evident on 9th November... presumably $1.75 => ~$0.65 per NABI share
