If escs is right then we are very lucky there are some rules stipulating that $4 is the minimum list price because biota management would have probably mismanaged it so it listed on the NASDAQ at 20 cents!
And with gusty dont forget he was the only director buying when we were above $2 - he bought two big parcels in 2010 i recall. He is probably in the dark like the rest of us and he is the only bta director I think I'd like to have a beer with one day.
