If it is about manipulation, I would think it is done by those brokers in order to lure Existing Biota shareholders to deposit their New biota shares into their trading accounts, so that those brokers actually "own" the shares.

Just my thoughts. By the way, is it a requirement for us shareholders to deposit our shares in the new company into our trading accounts? I do not think so.

If not required, I will not deposit my shares into my trading account until I see the share price stabilzes around or above $10.

Any thoughts?
