You have raised a good point and on face value agree there is a question mark over how long it would take to pay for itself after the initial capital drain.
To be honest that is one thing that reassures me of just how much copper and by product metals the geologists believe/know is in this strike. Surely with the decisions the board have made this has been done for a reason, and quite a good one.
On the other hand this could of just been a sweetener to get the LARGE scale mining licence approved.
At the moment it's anyones guess. Let's get the jorc and hope all signals point to "wow, there is a smeg load in the ground isn't there"!
