A capital raise is almost a given based on their forecast expenditure for Peak and the fact they want to scale
up marketing in the UK. They will have blown most of the cash they raised by the end of this quarter.
Realistically, they only need to make the business last until October (which is when their 2 year escrow ends) and the founders can sell down.
