I agree with most sentiments in this thread however the biggest concern with this company is its underlying business model - with the banking commission finished, now the attention will be turning to debt collection companies and third party lenders.

Collection House has an awful reputation regarding its debt collection strategies - whilst other companies offer to reduce the debt outstanding for a up front payment or payment plan, Collection House not only keeps the original debt, but charges 11% interest on the debt, which they paid 20 cents on the dollar for (only a guess - may be more) from the original lender (i.e. bank). They then decide to charge the client 100% of the outstanding debt plus 11% interest. They have also increased the amount of small debtors they have taken to court, whereas all their competitors have decreased the number of court actions. This has had ample media coverage and I wouldn't underestimate the effects this may have on the share price - just think back to 2016 when everyone was saying the Royal Commission won't affect bank and insurance company shares..

As a short-term investment paying a decent dividend, i am definitely in on this share.

As a long-term value investment, I would stay well away. As household debt climbs, and more Australians struggle to pay their debts, these sorts of companies will come under the microscope, particularly Collection House with its processes already being criticised.

This company's entire business strategy, to make money off struggling Australians, whilst choking them with bankrupcy actions, needs a huge rethink.

And before all the pumpers have a field day lecturing me about adult's responsibility to service their debts, etc, etc :I totally agree with you. But the market doesn't care about those things - once the politically correct and "socially responsible" media and politicians get a hold of this, the market will reprice this share.
