That I don't dispute at all - I understand that the unfounded arrogance of many debtors can only be removed by some "heavy" tactics - however this company appears to have caught the media attention for the way it approaches such situations. Simply type "Lion Finance Pty Ltd" into google news and you will see the headlines.

There is a right "heavy" handed approach, and a "wrong" heavy handed approach - I think this company has the latter approach and believe Lion Finance will be highlighted in the future by any Royal Commission or any government investigation as a way not to deal with small debtors.
