I can't provide in-depth information on this as i haven't really followed it closely but CLH had some bad media coverage regarding their method of debt collection. Also probably one of the biggest drag on the SP is that there's a disgruntled shareholder that's been selling down his shares for months.. Probably will go on for the rest of this year if I'm correct.
