Mkt cap of $4 million, $3.6 million in the bank, 398...

Mkt cap of $4 million, $3.6 million in the bank, 398 shareholders of which the Top 20 hold 57% and notably, the Directors would appear to hold only a small number of shares. The good news is that the Directors and Management would appear to be quite frugal when it comes to spending shareholders funds. I'm trying to understand the company and work out where it's going. I there anyone out there interested and/or can help? It's been a long and very slow haul this one!
