Okay, but why is he complaining at the 11th hour, this has been in process for over a year. The constant small government ideologists want it both ways, impenetrable written laws that no-one can bend, no trust in the organs of state to do right by the people and an entirely false belief that 'freedom' - be it free market or light legislation automatically looks after people, when really it just commodifies them like any other industrial input.
