don't see it as issue Ntsimbintle Mining already owns 51% of tshipi of which OM holdings is also part of with a 13% overall intrest, already above that threshold as Nstimbintle is a black empowerment company will just mean any deal will have to leave ntsimbintle as part of it maybe with a slightly reduced stake so they get some cash to.
