Safika Holdings Limited BEE have a 100% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining Limited BEE - owned together by nine Black Empowerment Groups.
OM Holdings Limited has a 26% interest and Ntsimbintle Mining Limited BEE 74%, interests in Ntsimbintle Newco Mining Limited.
Ntsimbintle Newco Mining Limited has a 50.1% interest in Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining (Pty) Ltd.
Jupiter Mining own 49.9% of Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining (Pty) Ltd. Pallinghurst co-investors, POSCO, AMCI, Pallinghurst Resources, Investec and Energy and Minerals own 86.8% of Jupiter. Red Rock Resources own 2.6% of Jupiter.
Safika Holdings own 100% of Ntsimbintle Mining Limited BEE and Ntsimbintle Mining owns a controlling 74% interest in Ntsimbintle Newco that in turn owns 50.1% of Tshipi é Ntle. It means that Safika Holdings will really decide the outcome of bids for Tshipi.
