Understand and agree, the article states all mines will require 30% ownership by black empowerment, the tshipi group currently own the majority stake in the business but this change will from my reading require they retain 30% or another group buying takes a 30% stake in it. Ie it can't be sold 100% to Chinese or S32 etc
It may limit the ability to sell tshipi is what I'm getting at
