Seems likely that Tshipi hasn't sold otherwise there would have been an update since the "sale" process started last November.
Clearly there is no point re-listing JMS while Pallinghurst owns (through its partners) 87% of the float.
The stock would suffer from exactly the same problem it had when it was de-listed, that being low liquidty and zero premium for a takeover possibility. (and add to that no Port option for Mt Ida / Mason i/o.)
The best us rats n mice can hope for is the Manganese price stays up sufficiently for Pallinghurst to continue distributing the profits by "buying" the shares off us.
