Patrick Ryan was the leader in this field and producers and other professionals paid thousands $$ to attend his Ferro alloy conferences. Membership for his daily pricing reports also cost thousands$$$pa.
Patrick Ryan sold his business in 2012 https://fusiondiginet.com/2012/08/22/cru-group-acquires-ryans-notes/ he is still taking an interest in the ferro alloy markets and hence his blog.
From past experience there is most likely nobody who has more contacts and is more knowledgeable in the industry.
