As this blogger says, " I suggested that offers for Tshipi...", yes, suggested. Best to just wait for announcements by Jupiter Mines JMS as they have two directors on the board of Tshipi. Pallinghurst Resources have the same two directors at Tshipi.
JMS announced a week ago http://www.miningweekly.com/article...for-short-supply-in-us-2017-07-11/rep_id:3650 - this contradicts any ideas about oversupply. So, just forget all these blogging estimates - they're only guesses really.
