Posts (are we all shell shocked) are very low, so from that I would expect this to pop some time.

Here's a weekly Bollinger with 1st, 2nd & 3rd standard deviation, supporting Cebs call. Bollinger band are compressing....

Note the 2nd last bar (green up) touched the 2nd deviation line but was unable to maintain the speed as the volume was not there to support & has expectedly pulled back.

Low volume test this week (only 8M sold for this week).

Agree with Ceb. Based on past moves would think this is getting due.
