Those charts look good. I've attached my 5 year weekly chart. You will notice the trend line and how I get a weekly close of higher than 3.5 cents to indicate a possible buy signal for me. One of the things I noticed also is that last weeks high of 3.7 just touched the trend line but then got sold down. A high above the trend line would not indicate a buy signal for me, only a close above the trend line would.

There is very strong support at 3.0 cents.

I have the multiple moving averages there also which isn't showing a buy but it is a lag indicator which shows the trend for PEN is in a down trend.
