spot on spud, we should hopefully be able to find out how they went before the market opens on wednesday as the hearing is 10am or thereabouts tuesday morning US time.
i just re-read the notice: (http://www.crookcounty.wy.gov/departments/growth_and_development/docs/Industrial_Bonds_Hearing_Notice_11_06_12.pdf)- it almost seems like it's a done deal, the hearing appears to be merely part of the process to give a chance to be heard to anyone who wants to object.
